Stimpatico LLC is bringing uncommon coaching to uncommon people. Our mission is to coach and inspire clients to engage their agency in everything they do. Our vision is to channel neurodivergence into emotional liberation. Our core values are choice, caring, and candor.

Neurodivergent technologist Andrew Merenbach and librarian Elizabeth Cheney founded the company in 2025 after witnessing Andrew’s own burnout and subsequent recovery from neurodivergent masking. Andrew saw the need for awareness and support to help neurodivergent creatives and professionals thrive with caring and candor.
